In this space, I hope to share with you more about me and my journey so far — in an authentic, honest, open, and raw way. I’ll be sharing insights, reflections, and challenges I’ve faced or am still facing, along with invitations to deeper contemplation and stories that resonate not only with shadow work, grief, and end-of-life, but also with the broader complexities of being a human.

This space is meant to witnesses and honor it all — the light, the dark, the paradoxes, the beauty, the mess — the whole. My hope is that, by doing so, we remember we are not alone in our human experience. That one day, all of this can be seen and accepted as part of our humanness — as what brings meaning and beauty into being human, and what can bring us together with presence and compassion.

Please take from these reflections whatever speaks to you and gently leave behind what doesn’t. We each walk our own path, and my intention is simply to share what I’ve learned along the way — where I am in my path, or where I sit with things in this moment, as I continue to grow and unfold on my own journey.
