Welcome to Shadow and Rebirth Coaching (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, coaching services, programs, workshops, and related offerings, whether accessed online, by phone, or in person.

By visiting our website, scheduling sessions, or participating in our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services and site.

Scope of Services

Shadow and Rebirth Coaching provide coaching, workshops, and educational experiences focused on shadow work, grief, and end-of-life integration. Coaching is a professional partnership designed to help clients clarify goals, increase self-awareness, and take aligned action.

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. We are not licensed medical or mental health providers, and we do not diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions. Clients are encouraged to seek qualified professionals for such needs.

Eligibility

Services are available to individuals aged 18 or older. By using our website or engaging in services, you affirm that you meet this requirement.

Use of Website and Materials

All content on this website — including text, graphics, audio, videos, forms, and downloadable materials — is the intellectual property of Shadow and Rebirth Coaching. You may view and download materials for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or modify any material without prior written consent.

Coaching Relationship

Coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented process. The client is fully responsible for their well-being and outcomes. The coach agrees to conduct services ethically and professionally, consistent with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics.

Payments, Fees, and Refunds

All fees are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payments are accepted via Stripe, PayPal, or Venmo, processed securely through their respective platforms. Payment is due at the time agreed on or, for individual sessions, after the completion of your session.

Refunds and cancellation policies are detailed in your Client Agreement. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, coaching fees are non-refundable once sessions are completed.

Scheduling, Cancellations, and No-Shows

Cancellations or reschedules must follow the timelines stated in your Client Agreement. Missed or late sessions may be forfeited or charged a fee. Exceptions may be made for verified emergencies such as illness or family emergencies.

Confidentiality

All personal information and coaching discussions are treated as confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law (e.g., imminent risk of harm, child abuse, or court order).

Electronic communications (e.g., email, video, or text) may involve inherent security risks, and by engaging through these means, you acknowledge and accept those risks.

Data Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other applicable privacy laws. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Session records are stored securely and accessible only to the coach. No session will be recorded without your explicit consent.

Client Conduct and Responsibilities

Clients agree to be honest, respectful, and communicative; attend scheduled sessions on time; take responsibility for their actions and choices; and seek medical or therapeutic support when appropriate.

Any abusive, unethical, or disruptive conduct may result in termination of services.

No Guarantees

Coaching results vary for each client. Shadow and Rebirth Coaching make no guarantees about outcomes or results from coaching, workshops, or any materials provided.

Disclaimer

All materials and services are for personal growth, education, and self-development only. They are not substitutes for professional psychological, medical, financial, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for how you apply what you learn through coaching or content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shadow and Rebirth Coaching and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income, emotional distress, or data, resulting from the use of our website or services. If any liability is found, it shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the service in question.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our control, including illness, natural disasters, technical failures, or governmental actions.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will first be addressed through good-faith mediation in California before other legal remedies are pursued.

Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
